First workout in ages today

I ,ll update this with actual workout info later today.
Wow so after a while of inactivity I've gotten to...
180.4 @21.2% bodyfat

Not so happy with that so I worked out today, 2 cycle circuit that killed me :-)

Squats with KB
Dips
Pullups wide grip and underhand
Lunges with KB
Calf raises with KB
Shoulder presses with KB
Pushups
Scissor kicks
Crunches

Went through that circuit two times and it wasn't that easy which is a testament to how out of shape I am in :(

So that summarizes my first workout in a loooong time. Tomorrow i'll do some sort of cardio, probably with my puppy dog :-)
