weight gain and frustrations

So, Here I sit this Friday morning making my breakfast and thinking about the aspects of getting back into better shape.  After I stopped drinking a little more then two months ago i've put on a substantial amount of weight, (20 lbs to be exact) .  it's quite frustrating that I haven't made much effort to change my daily schedule to make the correct changes to lose the fat, but none the less here I sit.

I have all the knowledge I need to begin a new process again to lose the fat, so It comes down to making a decision.

Monday I begin.
